For the creation of a Non-Donor Card, we charge a processing fee of €24.99 incl. VAT. Each additional person costs €17.90 incl. VAT. The amount is payable via credit card or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal. Usually, processing your application takes approx. 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment. The card will be sent to you by post.
